Or you could try to use the "make xconfig" (it was made in tcl/tk, wasn't it?)
to run on the tclplugin (you put "policy trusted" in the start and you have full
tcl/tk access in the browser)
I know it would be necessary some (or lot of) changes in make xconfig, but,
it's a start.
