Kernel image configurator 1.0.1 - *.tar.gz available

In response to the above announcement, I have had no less that 17
private emails asking that I make it available as a *.tar.gz file,
with more arriving each day, so I have now done so. The following file
can now also be found at the same URL, and unlike previous uploads of
gzip'd files, this one has been confirmed as extracting OK...

The file you'll want is as follows:

knl-1.0.1.tar.gz - Tarball of source, manpage and Makefile

Please note that this announcement is a one-off, and all future
versions of this or any other programs I write will include all three
versions as standard...
