2.0.33 general protection

Got a general protection 7 minutes after an "Unable to load
interpreter" (someone had run a program with a nice of -20 (yes,
that's minus twenty)).

Ten minutes later we got a bunch more "Unable to load interpreters",
and I had to hit the reset button. I did do a Ctrl-Scrollock, if
anyone wants to see that.
