Red Hat now has a commercial support program. For some folks the best
option is to just buy a canned distribution with support and not bother
yourself with all the problems of trying to do-it-yourself. You should
never have to recompile a kernel. This is what I recommend to all clients
who are not software engineers or who don't have time or inclination to
tinker with their machines.
