Totally reproducible:
Mount a cdrom, umount it, change it, and mount it again, your
computer just hang up.

Using:
SMP + aic7xxx (the cdrom is a SCSI Pionner 24x)

2.1.102 works fine (and it's working fine again now I
have gone back to it :)
