The Red Hat vendor kernel already has several updates applied. Im suprised
you didnt get more rejects actually

The diffs are all versus the kernel Linus put out. Its a very good idea
to get a 2.0.33 tar and add the diff therefore. Alternatively if you are
using the Red Hat RPM you will find the source RPM contains a definitive
Linus tar and a set of patch files, precisely so you can easily see and
change what is applied
