console warning with 2.1.103

While doing an FTP download (getting the 2.1.104 pre-patch) with ncftp
(using the 'runsocks' script provided with SOCKS5, and patched following
the instructions on http://www.socks.nec.com/ ), the following message
appeared on the console:

Warning: dev (03:00) tty->count(0) != #fd's(1) in do_tty_hangup

Nothing else up to now, been running fine since last friday (except for
a
'dosemu'-induced console f**k-up, which was Ctrl-Alt-Del out of, and
the fact that an SMP kernel won't work on my UP box)...
