[Offtopic] (again. *sigh*) Investor/Partner Wanted

Phil's Kernel Account (kernel@eiterra.nls.net)

I'm looking for an investor or partner in the business I mentioned before.
The previous investor has decided to back out for some reason. *sigh* What
do you need to be an Investor or Partner here?

Basic knowledge of running a business (ie; you can sell something;)
Basic knowledge of accounting (ie; you can balance a checkbook;)
Advanced knowledge of Linux (well, DUH!;)
Advanced knowledge of x86 *AND* Alpha hardware *DEFINITE* plus.
Basic knowledge of x86 (ie; you know what PCI is, you know how to build a
PC) an absolute REQUIREMENT.
Basic knowledge of Alpha (ie; you know WHAT an Alpha is, you know who
makes the processor, and you could build one with basic instructions;)
required

And about $3,000USD to get the ball rolling.

For those of you who are paranoid..

No, this is NOT a 'sure thing.' We may make it, we may not. However, from
the responses I have gotten, I'm guessing that investment turnaround could
be as little as 2 months. Or it could never happen. I'm hoping it will,
and the only way it's going to is if I can find somebody to gimme a hand
not only with the money, but with the production.

Thanks for the time, once again. And my sincerest apologies for sending
yet ANOTHER offtopic email to the list, but I'm getting desperate now. ;(
