As I understand it, there is a magic new system for submitting patches
the no longer involves just mailing them to linus' over-full mailbox.
Would anybody out there care to enlighten me on the how/where, etc...
I have got to work up some cdrom patches this weekend (currently, all
cdrom drivers using Uniform can be Oopsed...) and I would rather my patch
go to the Right Place(tm).
