2.1.105: sb16 works

Took out mpu_io from /etc/modules.conf, and, finally, after 62 patch
levels, sb16 works again, doesnt freeze when playing, doesnt oops when
rmmod'ing, and plays whatever i want to play without muteing. Yay :)
