CIPE provides free VPN facilites as a Linux module (its not in the kernel
because of the US government). There is enSKIP support. 2.1.x can do policy
routing stuff. Its got firewalling, its got the masquerading, its got
transparent proxies. In short it does most stuff you are likely to need
for now.
