I've kept with 2.1.105 because 106pre1 seems to come with a whole set
of 'explode randomly' features and broken console. I'll merge with Linus
once 2.1.106 real is out [after all pre patches are meant to be broken right..]

Ok this adds a chunk of goodies

o Paul Russell (IP chains) is in the credits. The bad humour attempt
is entirely his own doing

o IP chains document in CHANGES

o Parallel port updates (generic ATAPI, more drivers) (Grant Guenther)

o Tweaked sound doc for AWE32

o Sound/menuconfig fix

o Latest mtrr from Richard Gooch - now debugging spinlocks work

o PPro/PII checksum routines from the norwegian duo

o Davem's collection of Davem+ANK+others network fixes

o NE2K PCI might get the IRQ right on SMP

o Amazing scsi_proc bug fix. How that ever worked will be one of
the worlds great unsolved mysteries. Thanks to the m68k guys
for fixing it (Andreas Schwab)

o binfmt_aout memory leak (also ages old) - again Andreas

o Missing KERN_INFO on adding swap file printk

o Formatting in net/core/dev.c

Enjoy and report bugs

Sound I've not touched in this one. Im still investigating the problems.
I now know what causes the sound blaster problem, its a 'why did the hardware
do that to me' bug fix however so Im still experimenting.
