just gave 2.1.107 a try on my alpha and it fails to compile the FB code
if CONFIG_FB_VGA is enabled. This happens because linux_mda_image is not
defined in asm-alpha/linux_logo.h. Just copying the relevant code fragments
over from asm-intel/linux_logo.h let the compile proceed.
