Strange Ethernet Device Errors in 2.1.106/7

I have three completely different systems here with 2.1.106 and
2.1.107 kernels running on them and they are all showing massive amounts of
transmit errors on the ethernet interface. They are all running Kingston
DECchip 21041 ethernet cards. Strangely enough it doesn't seem to affect
their ability to communicate. In any event, I've tried recompiling both
kernel versions to use the Tulip driver (I've been using the generic 21041
driver) and this doesn't seem to make a difference so I'm assuming it isn't
driver related. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? I didn't
even notice until today. Here's a sample from the machine I'm writing this on:

I've only had an uptime of 10 minutes and already I'm showing 15940
errors and 240 drops. Yuck. And this is with almost no actual network
activity. Any pointers on where to look would be appreciated. Thanks,
