devfs patch v40 available

Hi, all. Version 40 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.1.107. Highlights of this release:

- Fix for sound driver port

- Limit auto-device numbering to majors 128 to 239
