Well, as long as the system console is protected from lusers (who probably
could screw things up *without* help from sysrq), I don't see any reason not
to leave it on all the time. Also, I can see a scenario where a server is
crashing often - So you enable sysrq, and catch the next crash. Personally,
I think sysrq should always be enabled unless the system console is available
to the general public :)
