Another failure with S3V and VGA fb

Well i guess I can report another S3V Virge failure with the vga fb. Same
thing as everyone else, the boot messages are black on black and it
didn't getting to mounting the file systems.

Here's the card info from /proc/pci in 2.1.106

Bus 0, device 11, function 0:
VGA compatible controller: S3 Inc. ViRGE (rev 6).
Medium devsel. IRQ b. Master Capable. Latency=32. Min Gnt=4.Max
Lat=255.
Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xe0000000 [0xe0000000].
