Well, as the sources are something like 6-8 Megs compressed, many mail
transfer agents would choke on it. I would suggest the way to do it is to ask
some kind soul to burn a CD-ROM of that and maybe the required utils. and
offer to send them $30 U.S.

Alternatively, someone might be able to make you a kernel and the modules if
you had the exact hardware configuration you wanted.

Wasn't someone working on a Web based kernel maker?
