Oh who fucking cares? If I wanted to piss away money to lawyers and their related
ilk I would pay the income tax.

Blah blah blah legal, blah blah blah, licence, blah lawyers, blah court.

The 'law' is something so completly dynamic playing games like this are
the actions of a fool. (as if I could care less what the 'law' has to say
about anything) The fact of the matter is you can play word games all day long
and should a court 'review' it this means little in how they decide.

What matters is the actual intensions of the property holders:

#1 The KDE people want *their* software to be used in a 'GPL' way.
(GPL meaning do as you wish, but provide the modified source)

#2 The Qt people want *their* software to remain usable for open
software, and have stated it will remain so forever.
(To prevent another co. from buying out Troll Tech and changing this)

End of story.

Who? The man in the sky? WTF do I care what 'they' think?

The corporation only exists by the hand of the state; it is not natural person.
Giving credence to the state only does the same for the corporation.

Ignore the supposed authority of both.
