And for those of you who are sick of applying/unapplying Alan's patch du jour
(no offence Alan, thanks a lot for doing it, it's _really_ appreciated),
incremental patches can be found at
ftp.cs.columbia.edu:/archives/os/linux/kernel/v2.0pre/2.0.35pre

FYI, the last 3 incremental gzipped patches are 2k when put together..
