Can you provide your boot logs?

Can you provide the exact error messages you are getting?

Try kernel 2.1.108 or 2.1.109-pre2. If you're still having problems,
let me know and I'll have a closer look and fix 2.1.10x if it's
broken. I took a quick look at the 2.0.34 code and it looks OK.
