Apply the patch I uploaded to Linux-kernel this morning
labeled "CDROM update [PATCH]". Also available at:
http://samba.anu.edu.au/cgi-bin/linux-patches/incoming?id=248;page=3;user=guest

This fixes this (and other) problems with the cdrom code.
