Problems with 2.1.109

Hello all,
This morning (Saturday) I checked out the latest mozilla source.
It has a new directory called config/mkdetect which has a Makefile
that looks around the system and tries to figure out where things are.
When I run with the 2.1.109 kernel, the Makefile never finishes. It
seems to just get stuck. It never prints anything out either. If I
reboot the system with the 2.0.35 kernel, everythng works fine. I would
appreciate it if someone else with a similar system could confirm or
deny that this is a problem. I am running redhat 5.1 on a Cyrix 6x86
with the latest updates from Red Hat applied.

Thanks,

Jim

PS Mike, you are getting CCed because I cant get to news from here and
you are the only person at Netscape whose address I know.
