Ok, both VGA and TGA frambuffer driver build as they should, no further
tweaking needed (apart from enabling SCROLL_YREDRAW in tgafb.c to get decent
speed).

And somehow something went wrong: A clean 109 with your AXP patches applied
will build fine and boot, but it fails do detect the onboard NCR 53c810
in my UDB, something plain 109 does. And it still will not compile with SMP=1
set, so i will generate a new set of patches against 109+axp to take care of
that...
