straight parity? not ecc? you should be able to get them as good as
$130-160. ecc is more of course...

neither was your alpha... relistically 64mb simms have 64mbit dram chips,
but you can get 64mb dimms made with 16mbit parts (they're a bit taller)
but way cheaper...
