pt problem is a 2.0.35 thing only

Klaus Kudielka wrote what is, I hope, the final work on the "pt" name clash
problem:

So the whole problem is really only an issue in 2.0.35 - where the two
pt drivers suddenly appeared at the same time.

Let's not forget about this for the future, though. If Patrick still
wants to maintain a registry of module names, I think it would act as
an arbitrator in case something like this comes up again.
