namespace corruption in drivers/char/{tuner.c,msp3400.c}

I don't know if others had this trouble, but I found it necissary to
change the name of 'debug' in tuner.c and msp3400.c in order to avoid a
symbol conflict with kernel.c. I simply did something like
s/debug/tuner_debug/g in vi, so I didn't think it worthwhile sending a
patch, but it should be fixed anyways just so stuff will compile cleanly.
