Kernel 2.1.113 and Intel Etherexpress 100

I get this error message in the log file with 2.1.113

I did not have the problems with 2.1.112. Another question why is the
dirver that is included in 2.1.113 older than the one in 2.1.112? I did
not recognice any problems and it was in my opinion working better.
