If only it were that simple :)

With most other cards you would be right, but this one just had to be
different. Playing with the control lines doesn't seem to achieve much
(I'm not even sure the card is responding to the changes, to be honest).
I'm fairly certain that some fiddling needs to be done with the scratch
register, which means I may have to kludge something in for this board.
I'm not particularly surprised, but I want to keep the ugliness to a
minimum.

Guess I'll just be trying a few things and see what (if anything) works :)
