TXPRO-II (m571) mother board

Hello,
are there any known problems with this motherboard? I can't seem to get
my ne2000 (ISA and PCI) cards work on this motherboard. The manufacturer
provided DOS based diagnostics produce no problems and say that the card
is okay. Linux has no problems in recognizing this card and I can
successfully add eth0 to route. But when I telnet, it starts saying
"xmit on stopped card". The only way I stop this is to remove the route
to eth0 device. Both the cards work fine on another motherboard. I just
dont get it, all other stuff works on this motherboard (scsi,
soundcards, vga cards, etc).
I'd appreciate your help.
