I'm not sure whether this is right way to go... It is 70KB source and it
is really big (ratio bytes per user is about 17.5KB/user at this time)...
Because of this driver (and lowlevel fb drivers in general) is very
independent on rest of the kernel, and if you want to compile it as module,
no one file in kernel has to be patched (if I write configure & standalone
makefile), I do not think that we need this in kernel. But if more
users will request it, I can try to feed driver to Geert.
