2.1.116-pre1 works fine, after little compile fix.

Hi, I have a PPro UP system, IDE, SB16, NE2000, matrox mystique.
The missing definitions are moved elsewhere in the patch, so I just got
them from arch/i386/kernel/setup.c and added them to where they were
missing.
