linux-2.1.116pre1: Pentium bug detection code badly broken

include/asm-i386/bugs.h was rewamped, so now bugs.h doesn't define
getCx86() anymore (it's now a macro inside arch/i386/setup.c?!), and a
bunch of constants needed for check_cx686_cpuid_slop are also defined
there. Some partially applied cleanup patch, perhaps?
