pci=bios, pci=conf1, makes no difference.
When I do pci=conf2 it doesn't even detect my PCI bus, but even
2.1.108 which works for me does that. So that's probably just
because my PCI bus doesn't support it.
Oh it does boot with pci=conf2 cause no PCI is detect but it can't
mount root fs because it's on a SCSI drive on a controller that's
plugged into the PCI bus :)

Well I can't give you all the messages with 2.1.115 because
"PCI discovered primary peer" just scrolls by so fast whatever came before
it is gone in a fraction of a second. Although here are the PCI related
