Additionally, I'm wondering just how exactly a legal system would attack
Linux -- it's not exactly an entity per se that one can point to. There
is really no enterprise at all that can be prosecuted. Who would they
sue/indict? Linus? Maintainer Blah? How ridiculous, they can't possibly
accomplish this. Such crap really gets in the way, I would advocate
just ignoring such preposterous nonsense. I don't know why we are being
obsequious when it's unnecessary and accomplishes nothing.
