With GPS receivers now in the ~ US$ 100 range you can have better
accuracy. Be sure to choose one with NMEA 183 (works with RS232)
interface. For more info check out Dr Tom Clarks TOC (totally accurate
clock) kit with a link at www.tapr.org.
