Please add:

- Immediate hard lockup when attempting to mount Digital UFS CD. No log
messages or error messages.

- NFS lockd/statd completely broken. I've posted numerous reports,
including a decoded oops. If anyone knowledgable wants at it, please
contact me and I'll forward it.
