stuck Alt on boot

I have seen this for some time now. Just tested it with 116 and it's still
there.

When I press Alt-PrtScr-9 on bootup to set console log level to 9, Alt key
is sometimes stuck although I release it. Pressing Alt again and relesing
it cures it. Seems that somehow the kernel misses the first release.

It doesn't happen every time even when I try to reproduce it, the timing
seems to be important. Usally I have the "setting log level to 9" message
after the first HD is detected but before the cdrom is.

No framebuffer support compiled, UP, gcc 2.7.2.3.
