Hmm... It DOES seem to be slightly snappier, and more responsive. I got
an extra fps out of quake II (no thats not just random error.) But it
could be that it just got loaded in before much fragmentation.

The swap code is working better at avoiding unnecessary swapping by
reducing the dcache size instead.
