2.1.11[67] IDE-mode-select workaround

Just in case anyone reading about the IDE stuff is interested:

After rebooting to 2.0.35, I edited lilo.conf to add

append="hda=8930,15,63"

and then ran lilo to install vmlinuz-2.1.117.

After booting back up, fdisk and lilo worked perfectly well. By the way,
with my NEC-CDR260 CD-ROM drive, I had to use

append="hdc=cdrom"

or else 2.0.35 would incorrectly guess that it is an IDE floppy drive.
2.0.11[67] doesn't suffer from this problem. So, in moving from 2.0.35
to 2.0.11[67], I just swap "hdc=cdrom" for "hda=8930,15,63" in the append
line of lilo.conf.
