You should probably be asking on de.alt.comm.isdn4linux, which
is bilingual English-German despite initial appearances. Also
available as a mailing list.

There is a bug in incoming audio in HiSax 3.0. Since the primary
developer is currently on holiday, the only option is probably to
go back to HiSax 2.8, which is available as a link off
http://ca.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de/~ulfb/teles.html
