2.1.117 missing SG_EMULATED_HOST in sg.h?

Subject should cover it. When compiling 117 with sg as a module, fails
on line 98 of sg.c:

sg.c: In function `sg_ioctl':
sg.c:98: `SG_EMULATED_HOST' undeclared (first use in this function)

I guess this should be defined in scsi/sg.h, but I didn't see it here.
Is this a typo or did I do a bad patch?
