UFS and GDTH clash: UFS problem

UFS defines SECTOR_SIZE and SECTOR_BITS in a fairly widely included header. This
clashes with the defines in the private gdth.h header.

Perhaps the UFS guys could rename theirs to UFS_SECTOR_SIZE/BITS to fix
the clash with the gdth code ?
