Same here, running lilo under 2.1.116 and 2.1.117

Not earlier, 2.1.115 worked fine, and 2.1.116pre2 too (if I'm not very
wrong here...)

I have been experiencing the same problem. Also my X fonts changed size
in Netscape when I run 2.1.117 instead of 2.0.34.

Also I did a "find / -print" on my root disk a 4.1 seagate scsi on a
Buslogic 948, when I tried to shutdown the unmount of my root drive
hung.
