There is no mbuf to skbuff conversion. UDI will use a generic buffer
descriptor I'm sure. They'll have to convert between skbuffs and a UDI
buffer, but that's a no brainer after doing it with mbufs! Anyway,
mbufs and skbuffs aren't really all that dis-similar.
