ppp-compress modprobe problems

After upgrading to 2.1.x pppd (2.3.5) has been giving the following
modprobe errors:
Sep 3 00:50:42 darkmoon modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-21
Sep 3 00:50:42 darkmoon modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-26
Sep 3 00:50:42 darkmoon modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-24

What do I do to correct these errors? (The PPP still works fine but the
errors are annoying)
