It was ad1848.o and/or cs4232.o (I _think_ ad1848 actually caused the
oops). I just reconfigured the interrupts on the machine and the problem
has mostly gone away, although I didn't see an interrupt conflict with
ad1848 or cs4232 before. I still think there may be a kernel-related bug
because sometimes my sound card gets "lost" on the bus when I load the
drivers, and the wavefront driver refuses to install no matter what
interrupt I put the synth on.
The Tropez+ board is configured correctly upon bootup as follows:
