The target market is the CIO/CTO level decision maker. The slant is that
using Linux will reduce the pain managers have when they are locked into
vendor driven solutions on vendor driven schedules. BTW, the "reduce the
pain" concept comes from Ed Bailey of Red Hat. He kindly gave me a few
hours of understanding, and now I need some more that specifically
focuses on why the Linux kernel, and the Linux technological solution,
provides a better way to work.
The goal, possible or not, is to take away the safety of "no one ever
got fired for buying Microsoft".
