2.0.35 recurrent datagram oops

Greetings! I've written about this before, and have had this bug in
many, if not all 2.0.3x kernels, including the latest stable kernel,
2.0.35.

The process pcqetix1 just sleeps in a tight loop doing revfrom
followed by a write to a circular shared memory buffer. This oops
occurs in the same place within a week:
