Second proc. not detected

Hi,

I've got an SMP problem: sometimes the second processor is not detected
at reboot (don't know about power-on; I can't trace that in the
logfiles). This happens with typically two of 48 boards, always
different ones. The boards are intel DK440LX with dual 333MHz PentiumII,
kerner version is 2.0.35, but that also occured using 2.0.33.

In the log files I can see that processor 1 is detected but not 0, and a
bit later, after the kernel version is displayed, I read: "Error: only
one processor found.".

Is this a known problem and is there a patch already? I can provide log
files and also test new kernels if anybody can help.

Maxi
